When initially presented with design concepts for your chosen design package that don't meet your outlined expectations, consider applying for a refund. Here's how your actions can influence your acceptance to request your money refund:
When our work isn’t according to your instructions and preferences.
The customer is entitled to request a refund.
If the Customer Requests Revisions by Providing Feedback:
The Money-Back Guarantee no longer applies. Instead, we will make sure that we provide you with the best work.
If there is no response from the customer within 45 Days:
Our guarantee will not be considered. We also may recheck and provide some solutions.
The process for a refund can take around 30 days to reflect in your account. Our detailed refund policy can be found in our business's "Terms & Conditions" section.
Our guarantee applies to all design packages. However, once a design is approved and you request further revisions, the money back is no longer valid. Nonetheless, you still qualify for our 100% satisfaction, ensuring we will continue refining your design until it meets your satisfaction.
At PeakLogoDesign, we stand strongly behind our skills and the quality of our designs. Our confidence in our work allows us to offer a money-back guarantee if we fail to meet your expectations.
In our experience, most customers are honest and cooperative and offer quality feedback to achieve their desired design. However, a minority may attempt to misuse this benefit—placing orders with multiple providers simultaneously, receiving design concepts, and subsequently requesting refunds. This practice is unjust, unethical, and undermines the value of creative skills. If this is how you intend to operate, we respectfully prefer not to engage in business with you.
Typically, initial samples are a stepping stone toward perfecting the final logo rather than being chosen outright. Feedback on these initial samples helps us understand customer preferences better, allowing us to iterate and get closer to their desired results.
Please note that this does not apply to:
It's also not applicable for design agencies, design studios, or those working on projects for their clients. Copyrights for all designs remain the property of PeakLogoDesign until they are fully paid.
